Booking & Cancellation Policy

Prepayment

Full prepayment is required at booking for every appointment. The full session fee is charged when you reserve the slot. This applies to first-time and returning clients alike.

Next-day bookings

For appointments booked within 24 hours of the start time, a Square invoice is sent immediately. The invoice must be paid within 1 hour or the slot is released back to the calendar for other clients to book.

Cancel or reschedule (more than 48 hours)

Free to cancel or reschedule. Full prepayment is refunded or credited to a rescheduled session — your choice.

Cancel or reschedule (within 48 hours)

Within 48 hours of the appointment, the prepayment is non-refundable. The session fee is forfeited.

No-show

Full session fee forfeited. Future bookings require full prepayment at the time of booking.

Arrival timing

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment if you have not completed your Skin Care Consultation Form and signed your Spa Services Contract. The form and contract take a few minutes; we'd rather use that time on the consultation form than on your treatment time.

Late arrival

Sessions start at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. If you arrive late, your session is shortened by the amount of time you were late — this ensures the next client's appointment starts on time. The session price does not change.

Treatment packages

Multi-session packages are purchased through the on-site checkout at /packages. Once purchased, individual sessions in the package are booked through the regular booking flow.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemed in person at the time of the appointment, not at the online booking step. Bring the redemption code to your visit.
