Booking & Cancellation Policy

Prepayment

Full prepayment is required at booking for every appointment. The full session fee is charged when you reserve the slot. This applies to first-time and returning clients alike.

Next-day bookings

For appointments booked within 24 hours of the start time, a Square invoice is sent immediately. The invoice must be paid within 1 hour or the slot is released back to the calendar for other clients to book.

Cancel or reschedule (more than 48 hours)

Free to cancel or reschedule. Full prepayment is refunded or credited to a rescheduled session — your choice.

Cancel or reschedule (within 48 hours)

Within 48 hours of the appointment, the prepayment is non-refundable. The session fee is forfeited.

No-show

Full session fee forfeited.

Arrival timing

Please complete your Skin Care Consultation Form and sign your Spa Services Contract before your appointment. They take a few minutes, and finishing them ahead keeps your appointment time for your skin consultation and treatment. If they aren't done, arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Late arrival

Sessions start at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. If you arrive late, your session is shortened by the amount of time you were late — this ensures the next client's appointment starts on time. The session price does not change.

Treatment packages

Multi-session series are purchased on Square from the Packages page. Book each session on Square's booking page with the phone number you used to buy the series, and Square takes the session from your series.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be applied at online checkout when you book. Any remaining balance stays on the card for your next visit.
