Each Punto lasts 18 months from the day it is earned, then expires on its own — a later visit earns new Punti but does not extend the ones you already hold. Clients who come in every season are always spending Punti well inside that window.
Gift card purchases do not earn Punti. Punti accrue when the gift card is redeemed against a service or retail purchase. This keeps the program tied to the actual treatment relationship.
At checkout, tell Zhanna which reward you'd like to apply — Aperitivo, Rituale, Trattamento, or Maestria. The Punti are deducted automatically in Square. For Rituale (the complimentary jaw release add-on), mention it when you book so we can reserve the extra time.
The fastest way is the Check your status section above: enter the email on your booking, we send a 6-digit code to that inbox, and your tier and Punti balance appear — any device, no login. That section also covers the between-visit options and the phone lookup if you booked under a different email.
Punti earned on a refunded session are reversed automatically in Square. If you've already redeemed a reward on Punti from a refunded session, we'll work it out on your next visit.
